As experienced Quantity Surveyors in our own right, we are able to understand the requirements of our clients and the types of staff they may need for a particular role or project – be that a permanent hire or a short term contract appointment.
We are technically qualified to assess CV’s for particular experience and specific expertise relevant to a role. We are also able to undertake initial interviews to asses whether a candidates CV accurately matches their experience and knowledge.
Depending on the role we can also organise a range of technical and behavioral assessments to be sure that applicants have the types of skills and character required.
We have experience of recruiting all levels of Quantity Surveyors in the rail sector – from apprentices and graduates through to commercial managers and business leaders.
